My Legs and feet seem to have a really strange habit of creating circle shapes with the droplets of Psoriasis.  Anyone else have this problem?

That's a strange configuration . I've never had it like that my spots are usually random and just get larger until they join up and create a large patch..... Interesting I will be intrigued to see other answers

On my hand i had what looked like a heart shape on my knuckle with a tear coming from it, my cousin thought it was a tattoo or something because she thought it looked really cool, and I'm having a outbreak at the moment on my left arm that started out as 3 spots in the shape of a triangle.

I had a load on my back from when I got Chicken Pox, they ended up joining together in the end. [Group Specific]

Mostly mine would just appear in random places, I found they did come up if I injured my skin though most of the time I would get similar on the opposite side.

See the results so far of this poll: How symmetrical is your psoriasis?

Your image reminds me of a Fairy Ring, lots of folklore about them.  70

There is two types of psoriasis that fit your description: guttate (rose peddle effect) and annular psoriasis. Check those two out and see what you think. And ask your dermotologist the next time. I would guess it's guttate, but it's just a guess...

I seem to have a variation of plaque, pustular and guttae going on at the moment. I would say these ones on my legs are guttae. I'll be honest, I'd never heard of annular before, but searching on Google, I don't think it's that.

Annular is a rare form of pustular psoriasis. Pustular Psoriasis generally looks like a shotgun blast; lots of little pustules cluster together. They eventually pop leaving a lake like sore. For my last flare it seems like the process is about two weeks...
