Re Vit D you may be interested in this thread. Vitamin D the natural way.
On a side note: Just noticed if I make a new post it warns me "The subject is too long. Please enter a subject shorter than 85 characters (currently 88)" I've had this before and you need to remove the RE: from post subject. Sorry I thought I had sorted this, I will look into it. |
