I too have hand and feet P. And I also use lavander hot wax treatments for hands and feet. A small spa for feet available to melt lavender oil wax an coat hands & feet at the drug store. After that ...Then rub Vic's, coconut oil , vasceline , on Hands and feet even aloe Vera straight from the succulent by breaking of a branchoff.  Then a Baggie over feet and socks over night same with hands. Keep hands and feet out of water . Use special hand cleaners for them OTC and occlusion has help my hands and feet stay in remission for 4 years. The minute it starts begin occlusion over nite for several nites will stop the small capillary blood vessels from feeding the P. Works for me for years.

GOOD LUCK !

Hiya, it's this the sort of thing you were using? Pure-Lavender-Paraffin-Wax

Thanks for that comprehensive update, I hope you can get some relief for your feet, I can understand the reluctance to use medication and to use natural treatment, I hope your feet will improve soon so you can enjoy the coming months. keep it up with the natural treatments and coconut oil, we do have the summer ahead and a little sun may well give you some relief Thumb
Good wishes Jim

New feet, the amount of times I have said that. If only we could get them just like getting false teeth, think how nice it would be to just pop on a pair of feet like putting on shoes.

Brighteyes suffers a lot with her feet, it may be worth you having a word with her for some ideas. (She has mentioned in the past she uses sanitary towels in her shoes)

Not too sure sanitary towels would be enough tbh. I went out on Saturday night and stayed completely sober and sat down for a fair amount, but my feet still took a battering for it leaving me with swollen toes and a swollen heel..yay!

I've ordered the wax so hoping that comes tomorrow, unfortunately ran out of aloe Vera gel tonight so having to use double base at the moment until I get some more and some coconut oil

AmandaL, have you tried Aveeno ?

Ask your GP for body wash, bath oil (put that on neat & let it soak in) aveeno hand cream.

You never know, the Aveeno products may help ???? Thumb

I haven't got a bath Sad only got a shower, but I'll definitely ask for some of them, thanks Smile Anything worth a shot these days. Even though I only ran out of Aloe Vera a couple of days ago, my legs have went haywire. At least if I get bored, I can play dot to dot!

I don't have a bath either, just a large wet room. Rolleyes

The aveeno bath oil, i put on after scrubbing up & leave it to soak in for 5 - 10 mins.

For your feet Amanda, you could try using the aveeno bath oil in a washing up bowl & putting lots of oil in it ?

Not tried that myself but it's worth a shot Thumb

Good luck Amanda Wave
