Just to let you know when I have used the following biologics :

Stelara - Worked for 3 rounds of injections (90% Clear) and then stopped
Humira - Never really cleared me , maybe 50% - Humira burns when injected
Stelara - Went back to Stelara for 3 rounds with no results very sad because I hated Humira and was willing to do anything not to use it again.
Cosentyx - Currently on my 4th month and I am 95% clear-

I have/had very very bad plaque on my legs and elbows and I would not allow my doc to put me on MTX either!

Hi Plaque, thank you for this. I also hated Humira, it burned and it made me break out in guttae psoriaisis all across my stomach. At the moment I am off all medication, but when I want to start up again, I may well look into Cosentyx as a lot of people seem to be doing well on it!

I don't know if you are still reading the messages here or not. I am currently on Cosenytx the drug works really well. I am however looking at Otezla as it is a pill and does not require any injections. I am also considering talking with my doc about Cimzia, yet I have not done enough homework on it yet. I hate jumping around but I have had so many of these fail over 6-9 months that I either have to live with the "itchy and scratchy show" as you so well put it or find the next one.

Do not bother with Cimzia if the other TNFs failed - there is not much difference.
