I read the just for fun section and I enjoy it. My skin is part of my issues right now. I try not to stay hyper focued upon issues. I know I know what we focus becomes more alive..... That said, it is winter and I seeing the effects of age, weather and body chemistry impacting me holistically speaking. So I have to attack 'it' meaning my skin, ergo to have a modicum of balance as the winter progresses.

I hope you like it here. I am still bouncing around.
