Hi - I'm about to start using magnesium chloride flakes (mixed with water and put in a spray), as I've read encouraging things about it on another website.  Has anybody here been using it?  If so, good results?

Thanks,
Mary

Hi Mary and welcome  Welcome  to the club, as you will find we have a very friendly group of psoriasis sufferers here and we are always ready to share our experiences.
I can't help you with your quest about magnesium Chloride although I have read of people using it.
I'm afraid I'm more of a tried and trusted approved treatment wus.  Smile  and while I admire what people try I often ask why not go and see a dermatologist and get a treatment thats approved and clinically tested.
Don't get me wrong I'm not knocking what you are doing and I would love someone to come on here and say I have proof this works, but it is a fact that there isn't a cure and treating the skin may give temporary relief, but for long term relief you will need to get onto something like the drug I'm on or one of the biological drugs
Or acetretin the list is getting bigger by the day

Do enjoy your time with us and keep us updated as I would be interested to hear of your success.
We have many here that prefer the natural treatments, I'm afraid I'm just not one of them.

I look forward to meeting you on our active off topic board where we go to get away from psoriasis and let what little hair I have down  Thumb

I have never tried it but do bathe in dead sea salt a couple times a week if nothing else it relaxes me. Welcome to one of the most friendly groups that you will ever meet. Wave
