I don't know how the health care system works in Puerto Rico, so all I could suggest is that you have a good read through the threads to see what others are using. But it will come down to what is available in your country, and remember what works for some not work for others.

First let me wish you a warm welcome to the forum and say you have come to a good place for advice. You will find a great mix of members on here and most have shared their experience of dealing with psoriasis,
May I ask what treatments you have used?
How long you have had it
If you read here on the health boards you will see most of the available treatments are described Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis
And in introductions you will be able to read what others are using to control their psoriasis Introductions
I don't know about the health care in your country and if you have access to the same systems as ... say the USA if so you need to be seen by a dermatologist who will offer you some treatments...
If however you are not covered by insurance and drugs are not available there is a large section here on natural treatments Natural Treatments For Psoriasis
But ask away any questions there is usually someone to answer you
