So pleased you are finding your time here positive. I feel this group is fairly unique in that it's just psoriasis sufferers with no outside commercial pressure, no ads   No donation requests, fred runs a fun and friendly place for us all to meet and exchange views... And yes you are right unless you are a sufferer you can't know the emotional effect psoriasis has on us
I'm so glad you found us, you will always find a friendly welcome here.  So come back often and get to know us all

Way to go
The tingly can be psychological but it may also be due to the reaction of your body on the DMF. This will slightly increase your metabolism and turn your temperature a bit up.

That's interesting Caroline! I didn't realise it could up your metabolism! That would explain why I have lost weight despite eating A LOT more than usual haha! Great to have a positive side effect!

It may have several other weird side effects Kath.
E.g. I know of someone who had the illness of Meunières, something in the balancing device in your ear (sorry, don't know the word for it). And because he started with DMF he got flushes and the side effect of the flushes was the better flow of blood through his ears which resulted in the fact the he now has no problem with Meunières anymore.

I did not lose weight on it, but I do know i have always warm hands and mostly also warm feet.

Caroline, you are full of amazingly useful information! By chance, my neighbour suffers terribly from Menieres and I had no idea Fumaderm is a potential treatment!!

I also used to feel the cold terribly and now I'm always toasty...hadn't really noticed until you mentioned it!

You are right Caroline is our encyclopaedia on DMF matters we are lucky to have such knowledge here

Would be fun if your neighbour would give it a try. The advantage is that DMF is relatively harmless.
