Good afternoon my fellow lepers

Have any of you been prescribed Cocois ?

Because polytar is not available at the moment, i asked my GP for something for my head.

It seems this Cocois has Coal tar 12%, Salicylic acid 2%, Sulphur 4% & coconut oil compound ointment in it's ingredients.

Is it any good ?

It's an over the counter product you don't need a prescription, as for if it's any good I don't know.

Tell what Fred, it is wiffy.

I like the smell of coal tar anyway but this stuff was way OTT.

Oh well, plan E.

Hi Griz , yes it's great stuff, put it on before you go to bed cover with a shower cap and comb through next morning then shampoo at least twice. The one I had came in a tube and it stinks but it works however if the shower cap comes off in the night you will not be popular as once it stains it a sod to get off.

Wrap your head in cling film then use a shower cap.

And it may be worth trying Coconut Oil warm it to liquid rub it in your scalp well, cover with cling film and leave for a few hours or preferably overnight then wash it out.

It can work just as well, and doesn't stink.
