But of course this is a terrible expensive solution.

The other way around, any form of DMF will also work against MS. Bill's solution is also used by some people with MS.

Thank you Caroline you have a great way with words, and you are correct as this link proves regarding MS

Does this mean that trucks and motorcycles cannot ride it?
No of course not.

Fumaderm is approved for plaque psoriasis. It contains DMF.
DMF works for all types of psoriasis, you name it,  it works (70% chance of course) .
Do you really think that your PsA would not benefit, because it reads that fumaderm is not approved for it????
You cannot be thinking that !
Of course PsA doesn't care what the sign reads. It can't read Doh

No I didn't think anything, I was asking a question: "How good is Fumaderm for psoriatic arthritis"

Thank you but your information has not helped.  Tongue

And that has helped even less.   Tongue

Going back to my question "How good is Fumaderm for psoriatic arthritis" I'm not asking anything else about DMF just How good is Fumaderm for psoriatic arthritis, if anyone does have experience of Fumaderm working with psoriatic arthritis please post.

Fred.

The working substance in Fumaderm is DMF. The rest of the stuff in it does nothing.
The working substance in Psorinovo is DMF.

Psorinovo works against PsA. All DMF works against PsA. There is more than 30 years experience in that with several thousand patients in NL.

If Fumaderm works against PsA, than that is because of the DMF in it. Nothing else.

If nobody tried that, because "It is approved for plaque psoriasis only", than that is a pity, not to say stupid. So maybe there is totally no experience.
The question: "How good...." cannot be answered by anyone, even research can only give you some statistics. Experience from the Netherlands shows 70%.

Now you may do the rest of the thinking....
That is allowed..still... until forbidden.  Big Grin

I know enough by reading Your posts and Bills about DMF to be able to write a book and I know what you are saying, but I want to hear from someone using Fumaderm that has had good results for psoriatic arthritis (From the horses mouth so to speak ...... You may not understand that saying)

Yes. But it may very well be that there are none.

And even that says nothing unfortunately.

Peeters AJ, Dijkmans BA, van der Schroeff JG. Fumaric acid therapy for psoriatic arthritis. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. Br J Rheumatol. 1992;31(7):502–504.

This study reports a minimal improvement in PsA. (Which in my personal experience is not correct, mine is there, but within certain limitations almost unremarkable).

No there may not be any, but they may come out of the woodwork if I ask.

Helps a little, but still not a person using Fumaderm for psoriatic arthritis.

I'm not annoyed and it's all about sharing these conversations, but I would like to hear from a real live person using Fumaderm for psoriatic arthritis. Yes that may be a very specific question but I just want to see if anyone has had success.

You can read as much as you want, but getting a first hand answer is what I'm looking for. I could give a first hand answer that Stelara has helped me with psoriatic arthritis, some reading will tell you it doesn't but I'm proof that it does. (Well until now 5 years down the line)

DMF and Psorinovo I have read helping, but Fumaderm® not.
