Hi Nelson and welcome.

Definitely check to see if you are eligible for Medicaid in your state. Also the open enrollment for health care on the Marketplace is open until Feb 15th so I don't know if you are eligible for any free or low cost health care there but it doesn't hurt to check. (If you need website info just google open enrollment period and it should be one of the first ones to show up.) Also if you are disabled then Medicare is available to you prior to retirement. I'd check the websites Fred mentioned and then at the very least you might be able to find a low cost clinic if you need a prescription and show them what you are able to get so they can work with you.
