Questions about starting Stelara

Sorry, I am late to this party! I have been Stelara 90 mg for awhile and the only issues I have had with the shot is dehydration and feeling a bit sleepy afterwards. Well, I hope everything went well with your first injection!

I have been on Stelara for a couple of years now at 90mg and apart from a bit of tiredness I have had no real side effects, nothing happened until after my second shot at four weeks when it started to clear, I was very bad with P, by the time I reached the 12 week shot I was almost 90% clear. I do my own injections and it's the best treatment I have had and believe me I have had a wide range. I am 99% clear now and only have a little in and around my ears which to be fair is slightly worse than it was before I started on Stelara but still is nothing to speak about. Good luck on the Stelara you should be great on it.
