Thank you ladies and gentleman. It's official I'm going to join a gym (I think I'm delirious )
I need to get my joints moving and just not to push myself to hard no harm in trying

God on ya, like you say no harm in trying.

I'll just sit and watch, makes me tired thinking about it.

I'll possibly regret it but I've gotta at least try.
