To my opinion this study is quite less stupid than Sport could lower risk of psoriasis.....

What I do is eat about 2/3 of a meal, take the DMF with watered down orange juice, then eat the rest of my meal. This slows the release into the intestines and ensures that the DMF is interspersed with food. I have found that taking DMF on an empty stomach is asking for trouble.

DMF has a high drop out rate, so it might have been better to exclude patients taking the drug for less than six months.
