Yes they are a great set of pictures that clearly show the effect the raw DMF is having on your body Thumb

It has had a similar effect on your joints, it's a shame that's something that doesn't show

Lymphocytes at 0.9 is not too bad and I'm sure by adjusting your dose by the next blood test they should have recovered.
Will you get vitamin supplements or do you think you will get enough sunlight to boost your d3 deficit

It's all looking very positive Bill and as Fred says long may it continue

Thanks, guys. Two doses a week works well, but three is better. I have not had my d3 checked for a while. I will not take any d3 supplement other than more sun. I will get tested again late November.

Cheers,

Bill

It has an extremely good effect Bill, and certainly 0.9 is still very good.

Keep on going. Thumb

Thank you, Caroline. I do feel a bit of a goose having low d3, but I guess that is the value of testing. I also am left with the optimism of milder colds and less/no p by getting more sun. There are a few interesting studies on the relation of d3 levels to psoriasis.

Cheers,

Bill

Here is the current state of my psoriasis: Very little changed, but better.

I also have these two spots which should clear in a few months:

There seems to be a difference between recent and long standing psoriasis, else why would the recent stuff come and go while the long standing stuff is so persistent? I will get another blood test in three weeks. I have been getting plenty of sun so the d3 should be fine.

Cheers,

Bill

In the past I've found that any new patches that appear sometime just go away, but the places where I've always had it are the first ones to show if I get a flare up. So could it be that the long sanding was the first signs of it (before treatment), but once you start treating the body the new stuff can't get a hold because of the treatment. If you get what I mean.

I just kept getting more and more of the stuff, Fred, but like you some spots are prone to it.

Well at least you're coming into the good weather, enjoy the sun Bill. Cool
