I thought I'd post some images. My dosing has been less than optimal for the last seven months due to a low lymphocyte count. Despite this, my skin has continued to improve. The finely ground DMF that I now take is rapidly absorbed, but it does cause more irritation, so I have to take it with a fairly bland and milky meal. I will have a further blood test in a little over a week, so hopefully I will be able to increase the dosage shortly and better control the arthritis.
Cheers to all

That is looking quite clean Bill.
With the finely ground DMF, I take it that you mean that this is a very pure form DMF.

99% according to the supplier, Caroline. I have ground some of this DMF to a fine powder. Consequently it absorbs more rapidly. The side effects are more intense but of shorter duration.

Looking good Bill.
You may have mentioned it before. But I was wondering if you could try some empty gelatine capsules. ?

That's great Bill it really looks good, I'm pleased to see just how effective it is
Yes freds idea sounds good to get it into the intestines ....or even one of your earlier ideas, wrapped in soft toffee

Thank you Jim and Fred. Gelatin capsules would not disperse the DMF as well, so I could get a localised irritation of greater severity. I also believe that DMF is more effective if it is absorbed quickly. I could be wrong on both counts, but with things going so well I dont want to alter things in big increments. The fine DMF is much more active, hence my renewed interest in finding something to mix it with. Ice cream maybe.

What about mixing it with coconut oil and putting in the fridge to go solid ? Make it into little pill size balls and swallow. Sorry I've been at the Merlot Bill |
