Yesterday and today feeling crap. thumping headache and locked up bones. Full moon due tomorrow.

There is a got to be something in this as I hadn't noticed it was a full Moon, till Mrs Fred just said I know why you have been an ahole the last few days look at the moon!

Here we go again, there's another tomorrow and my bones are painful again. All locked up this morning took ages to get moving, knees the worst, and I've had a rubbish day.

Oh and headache too.

I cannot comply with you on the Full Moon effect on psoriatic arthritis. I myself do not feel any different than last days.

Sometimes I have the idea that moisture and it's opposite, a very dry climate has its effects. That's why the holidays always go in the direction of the south of France.
But I cannot make this idea valid, as it turns out that sometimes when it is very wet outside, I don't have any problems at all. Taking my medication though really does have it's effects.
