That would be a good project Krissie, I would like to understand more about what is going on with my body and the Bio's. The thing is with Methotrexate I could feel what it was doing to me, but with the Bio's I'm never really sure what is going on inside as you don't tend to feel any thing. If that makes sense.

With your knowledge and understanding it would certainly make a good thread. Thumb

It'll take time Fred, I'll get working on it in my run free evenings.... Will hopefully keep my mind off of the evil tobacco (am quitting after today and moving onto e-cigs) in the evenings when I am at home alone.

My Immunology is a little rusty, but the basic principles of pathways never really change, just our understanding of them. Still have my uni notes and textbooks so can refer to them for a refresher.

No problem when you like, just bung it in Prescribed when you're ready.

Good luck with the quit, I went for the straight quit without anything and been about 3 years now. Get yourself plenty of Cranberry juice, I don't like it much but it helps with the detox. Also I should have gone back more, but this is a great little forum which did help a lot: [web]https://www.nosmokingforum.co.uk/[/web]
