My Dermatologist is great he has been dealing with me for about 7 years now and I have to say that he is very sympathetic and really does try his best to sort out any problems and queries that I have.

My current one is great however that is not something I can say about several in the past, I am now BUPA or at least the derm is as they have the private contract to cover this for the NHS in my area and I can tell you it's much better than my previous experience with the NHS own department. In my old area where I used to live it used to be very good with it's own ward but was chopped down to virtually nothing about 2009 when they had a rationalisation programme to streamline the service.

I voted for basic. I really like my dermatologist, and since he's the only one so far who has treated me for psoriasis I don't have a lot to compare him to. I feel he has been going pretty much by the book with starting off with topicals, then UV, then medicine so I felt basic was the best category for him.
