Hello again Flynny, if you are reading this off-line I'm going to give this one more try.
As you know I have requested you give me more information by responding to this thread, the contact page, or via the private email I sent you. But as you have not replied I can only answer your question by looking at your account details and posts. I can only find 3 posts by you. The one here, and the other two on this thread: Hi everyone The registration agreement clearly states "You agree your account can not be deleted without exceptional circumstances." After looking at your posts and unless you tell me what problem you have with the forum I can see no reason for deleting your account. Let me try to explain why we have this in place. If people delete an account and they have made a posts on the forum, those posts are stored in the database and have with the exception of members only boards or PMs been picked up by search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Etc. That information is how people find Psoriasis Club, that's how you probably found us. So lets say you searched Google for Fumaderm and found a link to an interesting page on Psoriasis Club that had just what you was looking for. Now imagine that when you click that link you get a 404 Page Not Found result! I don't think you would be very happy and would probably walk away from Psoriasis Club. Google would also drop our ranking from searches as we would be producing to many 404s and other people would struggle to find us. Psoriasis Club is self funded, free form sponsors, we don't ask for any donations, and it is a safe friendly place for people with psoriasis with some valuable pieces of information. It's the members that make Psoriasis Club what it is, and yes we have people with different views and some who may struggle with the English language. But they are people just like you sharing information or seeking support, and your information about Fumaderm could be very helpful to them and other visitors to the forum. I'm sorry but unless you talk to me I can't do anything else, if you would like to give Psoriasis Club another try I'm sure you will find it is a friendly place. It can seem daunting for newbies joining a forum and to try to fit in, and if that is the problem I'm willing to work with you to get you back on board should you wish. I will leave this thread open for a few more days and check back regular, but will soon have no choice but to close it and mark it as answered, as I can't check every post on the forum. Fred. EDIT: Thread Closed. |
