Don't be too anxious about the injections they are simple and only go just under the skin. Cosentyx is a very good treatment so you will soon see results.

Did they tell you to take it out of the fridge an hour before the nurse arrives? Usually 15 mins to 1/2 hour is enough time, just make sure it doesn't get warm.

I noticed you have started this thread in "Members Photos" did you intend to do that or would you rather it be in Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis ? It's your choice and it can stay here.
