Thank you all for your very supportive comments! I suspect that it's a long road ahead but comforting to know that others understand. This awful disease can make you feel so isolated.

That's good to hear that you look forward to being part of it here, it's good to have you on board, it is a long road ahead, but don't walk it alone, there is usually someone here, and together we can learn to cope, we aim to keep the health boards factual and friendly, it is an awful disease and difficult to come to terms with. Which I think is one of the reasons this place is so successful......we are all feeling each other's pain
