Hello All
I have read all your posts, thank you very much!
And I wish you to go to remission as soon as possible (if you are not yet)
I was seeing a doctor today, what she suggested - light therapy, and that was it.
I asked for a cream and got it, but the oral pills she also prescribed as i requested - scary side effects, i did not buy them in the pharmacy and try to avoid it for now (Soriatane=Acitretin).
She also told me I can continue with my beta blocker - I was almost nonfunctional for a few days, when I stopped take my small pill (it is not a narcotic of any kind, just controls adrenalin, and as i feel very anxious in the mornings - i need them:((( very small dosage though, don't think it can really be harmful, but it helps a lot to start the day.
I have an appointment to a dermatology clinic that specializes on PS. So will see what options i have except light treatment and if i really need any...
Also wanted to ask you - my husband found some lamp that can be used home for light therapy (Amazon), ans people;s reviews are very positive - instead of going three times a week - you have at home. Anybody have any experience? Something like this :UVB 311nm Phototherapy
It is special psoriasis treatment lamp.
(I will check all info when he comes home, just told by phone, haha, he is searching the internet for my condition all the time and he already became an expert
And the bath with Dead sea salt is in any help?
Thanks again.
Appreciate your responses.
