to the forum you can learn a lot here but a dermatologist is your best bet for a proper diagnosis
It could be pustular psoriasis ...but I could also be what your doctor diagnosed foot fungus it's impossible to tell really
But if you have a healthcare system where you are, do get to see a dermatologist as they know better than General doctors
