Thank you for your reply.
I am already under the hospital, none of the creams they gave me have worked on my hands. (I don't have it on my face) I am in so much pain I can't use my hands at times as it gets so bad. They did say there were 3 or 4 tablets they might try next. I am hoping the Rheumatology will give me the injections, but that is depending on the results of the MRI I had today. But all that is probably a few months down the line. Just thought someone might know of a good cream I could try for now.

Once the creams stop working (which they usually do) the next step is Light therapy or Oral treatments, you are unlikely to get the injections as protocol dictates that you need to have tried at least one (or in some cases two) of the oral and fail before moving on to them.
If you have tried most of the prescribed creams from a dermatologist then that is why they are suggesting an oral treatment. You can find out more about them here: Oral Treatments For Psoriasis if you're also under rheumatology then my guess would be methotrexate.
*Whatever you do, don't fall for any magical creams you will find on the internet. They are nothing but very cheap products with a very expensive price tags. Also they are nothing more than moisturises and will not clear psoriasis, they will however empty your bank account.
I would suggest you have a look through the link I gave above and arm yourself with the information ready for your next appointment.
Welcome to Psoriasis Club by the way.
