Cheers Jim. Did you see the story in a newspaper today about Crohn's disease and a link to a candida fungal overgrowth? My pet theory hits the mainstream media!

I read that this morning as well, and it's been my theory for a while now - that my psoriasis and my daughter's ulcerative colitis are somehow related to fungus. We're both also taking garlic and turmeric. And probiotics.
Our next adventure is to try lacto-fermentation - old fashioned pickling - like sauerkraut, pickled beans.

to me this is wonderful progress, after about a month and a half of no yeast, cutting back on carbs and loading up on green vegetables.
