I am on Ortezla, I have been very lucky, skin improvement of 70% after two months, month 3, 80%.
There are gastro side effects and the first couple of weeks are a bit grim but as the weeks go on it lessens. Although you don't need to take Ortezla with food, I find it actually reduces the nausea.
Again I haven't experienced depression on this drug in fact the opposite, my mood is great, now I no longer need to be wrapped in tar and bandages and I no longer need 2 carrier bags full of steroid creams, epiderm, etc..
I do know we are all individuals and what works for some won't work for others. I am someone ( who Jim will confirm) has an absolute phobia about side effects of medication, I agreed to try this simply because there are no known carcinogenic ones. I am so glad I did.
