Just thought I would reply.
I am in Scotland and my consultant informed me this drug costs £7500 per year. However she believes it is cost effective as in my case, I no longer need UVA treatment, or daily visits to be wrapped in tar and bandages, the huge amount of steroid creams and tablets for itch etc. In fact all I need now is Epiderm and a small amount of diprosalic.
However she is being cautious as it is new.
