Only then would they tattoo me and say I now have to be like this, fully hydrated for each visit every day for treatment.(Fri-13-12-2013, 00:20 AM)jiml Wrote: Got an interesting day tomorrow as I have to see my dermatologist it will be interesting to see my blood count. After the stressfull few days I have had up and down to the hospital 4 times to get scanned and tattooed before my radio therapy begins. Each time until this afternoon I have failed 3 previous attempts as I was under hydrated
I have poured so much water down my neck to hydrate myself (it's a requirement for my treatment detail not pleasant so will skip over that) I feel like a mobile water fountain.
I am told I must drink 2 litres of water a day till the end of treatment at the end of February. I am also told to restrict alcohol
I am surprised with the stress of this I have not had a big psoriasis flare up. But no change
Just One split thumb nail and a small spot on my inner thigh, which just won't go away.
Jim I'm confused why do they tattoo you ?
You can also spill the beans on the unpleasant bit, I don't mind unpleasant as long as it's not happening to me.
Well on a positive note all that water will help the psoriasis, good luck with tomorrow
Quite scary really but hey oh it's out of my hands.
