Psoriasis and obstructive sleep apnea

If you think you have sleep apnea, I'd suggest getting tested.

Good advice Kat. But I've had enough tests this past couple of years and I'm trying to take a break from hospitals.  

I've felt I've had it for many years now, but I sleep well and even if I do wake up wanting a good gasp of air I usualy just roll over and go back to sleep.  

If I stop breathing permanently in my sleep and wake up dead, I will say "I should have listened to Kat"

and I will say "I told you so!!"
