I'm with Fred with regard the natural approach, I just don't have that level of self control. I'm currently on Acitretin which is a vitamin A derivative tablet. Non of the lotions potions or UV treatment gave me much in the way of relief for any period of time.
I know there is a bit of a time shift between the core and yourself but any questions ask away we are all tame and house trained and somebody will be able to answer our point you in the right direction.
