I'm not a fan of the natural approach as it's not something I could stick too, and long term results are short on the ground. But we do have a natural section if you would like to try. Natural Treatments For Psoriasis
Or if you are feeling really Mad adventurous you could try our resident Aussie Bill here: Bill's pure dimethylfumarate thread not something I would recommend but it works for him and he does keep the thread updated.
Have a good look round and just dive on in.
