Hi there,
I have been on acetretin for about a year and four months. I had a lot of your side-effects. They will pass (except the cracking of skin for me). I remember feeling very cold (even when it wasn't) but that did die down after a good few months. Acetretin can take six months to work, so be more patient. Also, continue to use it alongside topicals - it is more effective in combination than alone. I found too that my p got much worse for first few months but then got better after, as I say, about six months. I noticed most improvement when I used it alongside Dovonex - I don't think many derms recommend using it alone.
Good luck.
