Welcome to the forum, there is nothing that I can add to what has been said, if there was a "cure" then this forum would not exist and there are a lot of people who will be only to happy to take your money give you false hope and leave you poorer but still with P.
Have a good look at the site as I do not think you will find any more information anywhere else and any questions will be answered truthfully by people who have the problem . It's a great site and the inmates are friendly but barmy so I look forward to seeing you on here , like the idea of a car spot !!
