On the point of trying for a baby. Caroline and Jim are right there isn't much apart from diet, but the good thing with the bio's is that your wife can take them for say 6 months - a year to get some relief especially with the psoriatic arthritis. She could then stop taking it whilst trying for a baby an go back on again after the pregnancy.
Just thought I would throw it out there as a possible option depending on how quick you both wanted to try for the baby.
