to the club there is lots to learn here and we are a very friendly bunch of sufferers. I'm running late at the moment but I will reply more fully a bit later.

Have you seen a dermatologist recently as it sounds as if you have been ignored by the system, there are many effective treatments out there but my best advice is tell your GP that you want a referral as the psoriasis is affecting your quality of life
Have a look through the oral treatments as I think you may be ready for one of those Oral Treatments For Psoriasis
I'm sure before long you will get some other good advice here and I will return later to add my twopenneth
