What moisturiser are you using? I ask as some contain things that can make some people itch.
For a quick fix try ICE either a bag of frozen peas or Ice wrapped in a cloth.
As Sue keep moisturiser in the fridge, As Mataribot cool showers only, As Jim don't bang your head against the wall. (He's not joking, stress will make it worse)
But you must try to stop scratching, it's ok to soften the plaques and gently peel them away as long as you put loads of moisturiser on but scratching the flakes to bleeding point will create vicious circle (yes I know it feels good at the time, but believe me you are not helping)
It's called Guttate psoriasis (like it's been flicked on body by a paint brush) . Also gone with an anti itch cream from my dermatologist today, works a treat
Had my first phototherapy today gets pretty hot in there after a mere 18 seconds lol.
