Because she is a rheumatologist mine done the same here. And when I refused she said there is nothing else she can do for me. Rheumatologists are not happy that Dermatology get to prescribe to patients with psoriatic arthritis, and they find it very upsetting that we can help pain in our bones with a psoriasis treatment.
I don't see my rheumatologist any more especially after she told me that Cosentyx will never help psoriatic arthritis. Ha she obviously doesn't read the reports about Cosentyx on Psoriasis Club.
I think if she insists I will just tell her to forget it and just deal with the "psoriasis" and when I need I will manage with pain management tablets perhaps...I'm not at that point yet ....
