The difference between Fumaderm and Stelara is that the first one is using DMF (dimethylfumarate) as a working substance and Stelara is a biological that blocks one of the recipients of your cells that is responsible for the autoimmune reaction that causes psoriasis and it is good at that. Another difference is the price, the latter is much more expensive than the first. MTX beats everything in price, that is extremely cheap, but then again it is poison. It is like killing a mosquito by hitting it with an elephant.
