Hi Jojo I hope you get some treatment for your tendinitis which can give you some relief 
But in answer to your question about offering to give away unwanted drugs that's a big NO . It's not allowed by law and is against the rules if this site
Sadly you don't have an option but to dispose of it safely yourself ....I know it's an expensive drug but non the less it's not allowed and could get you into trouble if you were to offer it to anyone
