Water also interacts with your immunosystem, so theoretically this can also facilitate tumor growth....
I think the reaction of you dermatologist is more the fear of problems where he will be responsible for.

Than you have nothing to fear, because then you are a mouse, and tumor growth will go down.
Thanks Caroline I think you may have something there, you must have seen my nose and my tail does not itch it sometimes twitches. I am glad you sorted me out so now I know I'm a MOUSE Arrrrgh
