The problem wih inverse psoriasis is that typically coexist with yeast. The use of steroid creams typically helps both initially, but comes back worse. I don't like using steroids on them because of that. Both methotrexate (mtx), Cell Cept, and Cyclosporine seem to work well for my inverse, but all of them have serious side effects. Just my experience with them.
