Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, he has seen the GP a couple of times for the inverse, and he has been prescribed with, I think two different types of steroid cream, I should've said in my first post, but he's very reluctant to use them because of the long term possibility of thinning the skin, as the psoriasis is between the buttocks. I know he was using one for a couple of weeks like the doctor recommended and as soon as he stopped it came straight back.
But I think a dermatologist would be the next step in trying to find something to control it a bit better.
It's just horrible to see it impacting him so much, and to not seeing him do what he loves.
