Hi everyone thanks very much for all your replies. And you have hit the nail on the head. I feel like I am pestering my doctor. I live in a small village so the doctors know is quite well. I am going to call dermatology and ask for an appointment and I have taken notes of stuff that some of u have tried that I have never even heard of so I can ask about these treatments. It's always cold here and certainly does not help. We have snow today. So day in house for me because the cold hurts so bad. I really appreciate all your help and advice as no one else in my family has it so they don't understand. It's nice to speak to people who are also having the same problems xx

Great news you are going to phone, turnedlights idea of packing the stuff into a bag and presenting it to the doctor was a great idea, don't forget to weep. Don't put on a brave face and tell them what you would like to try.
