Hi Goodstuff,
Welcome to psoriasisclub.
I'm up but don't have a direct solution for you. For that this disease is too complex and indeed as Jim says, we are all different.
You have spoken to Jim extensively already and i think he is pointing in the right direction. You need to be at the dermatologist and speak with him/her on the possibilities there are and which ones are within your range.
What I have found out through this forum already is that in the end the creams and UV treatments will not help. If the psoriasis pushes through you cannot continue with that but you have to go to other treatments that are luckily available.
Jim told you about coconut oil (that is Fred's terrain), and things like MTX, Acetretin, Fumaderm. Those are good ways to go. (Personally I am an MTX hater). There are many people on this forum who are using that satisfyingly.
So ask around and try to get an appointment with a dermatologist. You have a disease and you are entitled to that appointment.
Then go to the dermatologist loaded with information you gather and ask over here.
Have a good time, we will always be here to answer your questions, even while we are spread around over the world.
Caroline
