Welcome to the forum.
I am so concerned that your child Nore has psoriasis that early already in her life.
Surely I can imagine that you do not want to continue on ointments anymore at a certain point.
The trouble is that dermatologists will follow a full protocol of steps, along for instance UV treatments to other medication. UV treatments for a your child are obviously bad, so I can advise you to be very resistant to that if your dermatologist suggests that.
In the Netherlands is some knowhow on medication to use with children, do you speak Dutch by the way? Oh, I see already, you are on the Dutch/French division line of Belgium .
One thing additional, using coconut oil can help against the itching and is harmless.
