Hi Inge and Welcome

to the forum I'm sorry I don't have any advice regarding children with psoriasis and I can understand your reluctance to use cortisone
If you look in natural treatments there is a thread on the right foods to eat, I will look for some links for you but I may be a short while as I'm out at the moment
I'm sure someone will give a better answer soon
