I think that the light therapie may help for you for a while selectively for the psoriasis. It is the classical approach but does make a bit less sense as you will not stop the psoriasis and have the risk of damaging your skin.
What Bill says really does make more sense. Try to talk extensively with your derm about Fumaderm. As this also may very well help for your MS. You are now in the starting phase of the MS, it makes very much sense to act know and hit two diseases at one stroke. This thought is given because you should realise that the use of DMF works best in the beginning stage of MS.
