Indeed, as Jim says, if your blood counts are too low it is not worth risking.
As you have stopped Fumaderm, the counts should be back very quickly again, according to the literature on the DMF subject.
Some things to remark though.
What is too low ? It is known that white cell count can be lower than normal, but as long as it is not too low that you would come in danger to get e.g. PML, than you can live with a low cell count.
There are some tricks to increase your cell count while still using Fumaderm, as there is the intermittent use of the medication, where you use a higher dose at a certain point and than nothing in between for a few days.
