My daughter, thankfully, has had only eczema when she was a baby.
Now she is grown up, she has, thankfully, never had P or any skin problems since.
I've had P for 25 years now but, as far i am aware, i don't have PA (long story)
As for a young child having PA, i cannot answer that, only from what i know.
